Standard rooms at the T-Bar-M are $99 per night per room.
The Resort is extending our special rates 2 days before and 2 days after the Festival.



PLEASE NOTE: There are only 80 rooms available at the Resort....so if you want to stay onsite, please make your reservations early. We will be posting alternative lodging options soon.

There are a very limited number of 2-bedroom villas available, at a higher rate,
so if you want them, you must get your reservations in early!

All rates are being held until March 15, 2009.

Your lodging reservation also includes use of the recreational facilities and a continental breakfast which will consist of juice, muffins, pastries, fruit, and coffee. Breakfast will be available in one central location at the Resort each morning.

  • 3. Click on Reserve Online
  • 4. Check T Bar M Groups & Conferences
  • 5. Enter Group # WMF
  • 6. Enter Password MASSAGE
  • 7. Continue through
  • 8. Enter correct data (you will need to adjust the # of nights to read correctly or it will not work)
  • 9. Search for availability
  • 10. Choose room type
  • 11. Verify all data, go to the bottom of the screen and continue
  • 12. Virtual store - Conference Package and meals along with some optional purchases
  • 13. At the bottom of the screen click continue if making a purchase or skip to continue with reservation
  • 14. Enter personal data on Reservation Entry Form
  • 15. Click Make Reservation
  • 16. Receive confirmation
