DONATIONS FOR DOOR PRIZES & SAMPLES FOR ATTENDEES

We want to extend our thanks to all of you who have previously donated items for door prizes and samples for the Biofreeze registration bags. The therapists were delighted with the quantity and quality of the "goodies" they got in their bags! And we had so many wonderful door prizes, that nearly all attendees won a prize!

As soon as your door prize arrives, we will list it on the website, along with a link to your website. We will accept door prizes right up to the moment the Festival begins, however you will miss out on months of free advertising. We must have insertions for the "goodie bags" no later than April 15, 2009.

If you would like to donate items, please fill in the form below and we will contact you with details.

We do not charge a fee to insert brochures into the "goodie bags" for each registrant. Instead, we ask that the person advertising donate something for a door prize that can be won by a participant at the Festival. Each registrant receives a door prize ticket FREE in their registration packet and the door prizes will be drawn hourly and posted at the Registration desk, where they can be picked up at the winner's convenience.

We are expecting 300-500 attendees this year.
