WORKSHOP REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the World Massage Festival. An administrative fee of $75 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that January 31, 2009. A $100 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between February 1, 2009 through March 1, 2009. Cancellations of registrations carried over from a previous Festival are subject to a $100 adminstrative fee for all cancellations through March 15, 2009. No refunds for registrations carried over from 2008 to 2009 will be issued until AFTER January 15, 2009. Cancellations postmarked after March 1, 2009 and no-shows will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: World Massage Festival, 2408 Becker St., New Braunfels, TX 78130.
