Margie is the founder & director of the Synergy Healing Arts Center & Massage School in Blue Ridge Summit, PA, since 1996, an NCBTMB certified massage therapist since 1992, massage therapist since 1990, nationally certified educator for 31 years specializing in curriculum development, certified Upledger CranopSacral therapist, PA Chapter Rotunda Chair Massage Coordinator, NCAA & AIAW national gymnastic coach, and a semi-professional modern dancer.

Margie's massage therapy graduates have earned a 20% higher score rate on the NCBTMB exam. Learn to use cold and ice effectively for swollen tissue from acute injury, as well as relieving muscular spasms. Covered in the class will be the proprioceptive-reflexive body connection. Your clients will be amazed at the relief they get from low back pain, headaches and joint pain in general. Bring your own pain to experience the relief an ice cup massage can bring!

What you will need: Massage Table to share, massage lubricant, pillow, 2 twin fitted sheets, 1 top sheet, 4 pillowcases, 2 bath size towels.






Use of Heat and Ice Applications for Stubborn Chronic Pain
3 CE Credit Hours

Learn to use cold & hot hydrotherapy applications for post-acute injury, as well as to relieve chronic muscular pain. Amazing results can be achieved with proper application of contrast water temperatures to flush congested lymph and interstitial fluids that cause pain & secondary injury.

What you will need: Massage Table to share, massage lubricant, pillow, 2 twin fitted sheets, 1 top sheet, 4 pillowcases, 2 bath size towels.
