EXHIBIT SPACE:
  • Each area is approximately 8 ft X 10 ft
  • 1 Table & 2 chairs will be provided
  • You will need to provide your own tablecovering
  • No pipe and drape, no skirting
 EXHIBIT TIMES:
  • Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit hours of operation.
  • Vendor Set up Saturday, April 25, 2009,
    7:00 am-9:00 am ONLY
  • Saturday, April 25 - 9:00 am - 8:00 pm - Vendor exhibits open
  • Sunday, April 26 - Vendor exhibits open 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
EXHIBIT RATES:
  • $200 per booth (Yes, it covers both days) - IF PAID BY December 15, 2008
  • $250 per booth as of December 16, 2008
  • Space is very limited, please register early.
