EXHIBIT TIMES:

Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit hours of operation.
Vendor Set up Friday, April 24, 2009, 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm
Friday, April 24, 2009 - Party in vendor area 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm (we will start giving away door prizes at 6:00 pm)
Saturday, April 25 - 8:00 am - 7:00 pm - Vendor exhibits open
Sunday, April 26 - Vendor exhibits open 8:00 am to 2:00 pm


EXHIBIT RATES:

$200 per booth (Yes, it covers all 3 days) - IF PAID BY December 15, 2008
$250 per booth as of December 16, 2008

 ALL INDOOR VENDOR BOOTHS ARE SOLD!

Also available are 10 outdoor spaces, just outside the Vendor Hall under a 16' covered awning at $150 each. Electricity available. Do not use the online registration to reserve an outdoor booth, contact us instead.
