Introduction to Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Chi Massage
2 CE Contact Hours

Participants will be able to discuss and explain the healing process as presented by Eastern Medicine. This includes Chi Kung practice based in the five element/six condition theory from which Chinese Meridian theory arose. By the end of this two hour class participants will be able to spot areas of tension and demonstrate hands on techniques that encourage full diaphragmatic breathing within each other and incorporate it into a session with their clients.
