Thai Yoga Bodywork, also known as Nuad Boran, "Assisted Yoga", is deeply rooted in the traditions of Ayurveda and hatha yoga, and is said to be a gift of Sri Dhanvantari. It is a series of sensitive, rhythmic, gentle compressions and stretching administered in a flow to clear nadi's and marmas. Participants will learn to give a 90 minute session. This class gives yoga teachers confidence with hands on adjustments, and is a tool for healers, and all interested in the healing arts. All participants will receive a manual for the course.
Supplies needed: Yoga Mat or several blankets. Mats may be ordered at wholesale price and shipped to the College for you. If interested, please contact Sudevi at sudevi@vedicstudies.net
