WORKSHOP REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the World Massage Festival. An administrative fee of $75 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that February 15, 2010. A $100 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between February 16, 2010 through March 31, 2010. Cancellations postmarked after March 31, 2010 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: World Massage Festival, 2408 Becker St., New Braunfels, TX 78130.

In the event the World Massage Festival is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God, or any causes beyond the control of the World Massage Festival, the World Massage Festival shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Festival as scheduled. The World Massage Festival will not be held liable for any expenses incurred and will determine the amount of refunds based on the above information.
