Festival Vendor Details

LOCATION:
 Berea College Seabury Center, Main Arena

LODGING & MEALS:
Special rates have been set up with local hotels/motels....See the Lodging section.
Vendors are NOT eligible for lodging in the Residence Halls.
Vendors ARE elibible for meals in the Campus Dining Hall
Includes lunch Thursday through breakfast Monday
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT BY MAY 15, 2010 FOR THIS OPTION ARE REQUIRED.
Berea College Dining Services will have a booth with food and drinks in the Arena during Vendor hours.

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Each area is approximately 10 ft X 10 ft
1 Table & 2 chairs will be provided
You will need to provide your own tablecovering
No pipe and drape, no skirting

EXHIBIT TIMES:
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit hours of operation.
Vendor Set up 8:00am to 12noon Friday
Friday - Vendor exhibits open 10:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 8:00pm

EXHIBIT RATES:
$300 per booth (Yes, it covers all 3 days) - IF PAID BY December 15, 2009
$350 per booth as of December 16, 2009
$25 per table additional for electricity
