Festival Vendor Details

DEADLINE FOR BOOTH RESERVATION IS MAY 21, 2010!!!!

LOCATION:
 Berea College Seabury Center, Main Arena

LODGING & MEALS:
Vendors are eligible for lodging in the Residence Halls.
Vendors are eligible for the meal package in the Campus Dining Hall
Includes lunch Thursday through breakfast Monday
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT BY MAY 15, 2010 FOR THIS OPTION ARE REQUIRED.
Berea College Dining Services will have a booth with food and drinks in the Arena during Vendor hours.

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Exhibit space will be in the main arena, in the indoor walkways around the arena and on the walkways overlooking the arena.
Booth location will be determined on a first come, first served basis
1 6'x30" Table & 2 chairs will be provided
You will need to provide your own tablecovering
No pipe and drape, no skirting


EXHIBIT TIMES:
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit hours of operation.
Vendor Set up 8:00am to 10:00am Friday
Friday - Vendor exhibits open 10:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 8:00pm

EXHIBIT RATES:
$300 per booth (Yes, it covers all 3 days) - IF PAID BY September 1, 2009
$350 per booth as of September 2, 2009
$25 per table additional for electricity
