We do have booth space available in the concourse around the main arena. The cost is $200 for a 10x10 booth, plus $25 if you want electricity. Keep in mind that these booths cannot be locked up except at night.

  • Vendor Set up - 8:00am to 10:00am Friday (possibly you may be able to get in on Thursday afternoon to set up
  • Friday - Vendor exhibits open 10:00am - 9:00pm
  • Saturday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • Sunday - Vendor exhibits open 8:00am - 8:00pm - You may break down after 2:00 pm, but keep in mind that most of the therapists will be staying on campus Sunday night, not leaving right after their last class!

We do not charge a fee to insert literature and samples into the "goodie bags" for each registrant. Instead, we ask that the person advertising donate something for a door prize that can be won by a participant at the Festival. We do NOT sell door prize tickets or hold silent auctions for donated items.

Each registrant receives a door prize ticket FREE in their registration packet and the door prizes will be drawn hourly and posted at the Registration desk, where they can be picked up at the winner's convenience.
