Hyrdration and It's Effects on Body Systems
2 CE Contact Hours

Drink plenty of water...today.

We tell our clients that after a session because we know their lymphatic system has been activated and toxins will not flush out properly without it.

What about about yesterday and tomorrow? What does true hydration really mean? How much water does a person really need on a daily basis? What about producing and transporting body fluids and nutrients? How does it affect your body's ability to digest, absorb and utilize nutrients for vibrant health?

"I drink lots of water and still feel dehydrated, why?"

This class will answer these questions for you.
