Gloria, LMBT # 6902 NC has been a healing arts practitioner and massage therapist for over 22 years. The former owner of her own massage school, she has also traveled nationally to help other massage schools with their curriculum and to offer CE trainings. Her studies include many modalities, including advanced cranio sacral therapy, chakra healing, reiki, myofascial release, medical massage, lomilomi, neuromuscular therapy, foot reflexology, thai massage, hot stone massage, raindrop therapy and more! She has had the honor to train with many of the well renowned healers and spiritual leaders in our profession. While living on Kaua'i she also had the honor and privilege to participate in an ancient hawaiian cultural ceremonial. Not generally open to "outsiders". The impact of this experience has no words, except that it truly was an honor and privilege. She "re-membered" from a time before this one. You will also participate in one of the ancient dances that will help provide you with the fluidness, openness and gracefulness lomi is so often associated with. This dance provides for endurance, prepardedness and much more. Lomi is more than massage. It is a path to the discovery of self. It is transformational healing bodywork. It is Love.
