Karen Lay attended massage school at The Humanities Center, School of Allied Health in St. Petersburg, Florida in 2002. Once licensed in the state of Florida, she quickly found her passion of teaching other LMT's how to deliver luxurious deep tissue massage that was easy on the therapists' hands and wrists.

Karen is an Educator in the massage field as well as co-owner of the trademarked Bamboo-fusion® product line. In early 2007, she designed and manufactured the first 100% solid bamboo tool set for the spa and massage industry. Karen travels the country with Nathalie Cecilia (Bamboo-fusion founder) teaching workshops at private spas/resorts as well as educating therapists at various conventions and tradeshows. She is also the focal point for the Bamboo-fusion Instructors Training Program and all wholesale product distribution.
