All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to the World Massage Festival. An administrative fee of $75 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that February 1, 2011. A $100 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between February 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011. Cancellations postmarked after April 30, 2011 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: World Massage Festival, P.O. Box 353, Roaring River, NC 28669.

REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU REGISTERED FOR WORKSHOPS, AS A VENDOR OR FOR PROGRAM ADS, there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason after April 30, 2011.

Registration fees may be carried over to the 2012 Festival. To transfer your fees to the next year, you MUST contact before the start of the 2011 Festival either by email or snail mail and let us know that you will not be able to attend in 2011, but want your fees transferred to next year's Festival. If you have not requested this in writing before the Festival begins on July 12, 2011, your fees will be forfeited. NO refunds or transfers will be issued for registrations carried over from previous Festivals by registrants who were unable to attend the previous Festival.

In the event the World Massage Festival is canceled due to fire, strikes, government regulations, acts of God, or any causes beyond the control of the World Massage Festival, the World Massage Festival shall not be held liable for failure to hold the Festival as scheduled. The World Massage Festival will not be held liable for any expenses incurred and will determine the amount of refunds based on the above information.
