2011 VENDORS/EXHIBITORS

LOCATION:
 Western Carolina University, University Center

LODGING & MEALS:
Vendors are eligible for lodging in the Residence Hall
Vendors are eligible for the meal package in the Courtyard Dining Hall
Includes lunch Thursday through breakfast Monday
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT BY JUNE 30, 2011 FOR THIS OPTION ARE REQUIRED.

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all
1 6'x30" Table & 2 chairs will be provided
1 booth space is 10'x10'
You will need to provide your own tablecovering
No pipe and drape, no skirting


EXHIBIT TIMES:
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit hours of operation.
Thursday Vendor Set up 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursday - Meet-n-Greet7:00pm - 10:00pm
Friday - Vendor exhibits open (Student Day)9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - Vendor exhibits open (Very limited classes on Saturday)9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday - Vendors closed/tear down 10:00am - 3:00pm

EXHIBIT RATES:
THIS IS THE LAST YEAR FOR NEW VENDORS TO GET IN AT CHARTER PRICES....FOR THE 2012 FESTIVAL, NEW VENDORS WILL PAY $750 PER BOOTH. IN RECOGNITION OF THEIR LOYALTY AND SUPPORT OVER THE PAST 6 YEARS, RETURNING VENDORS WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE OUR DISCOUNTED BOOTH RATES.

$350 per booth (Yes, it covers both days) - EARLY BIRD RATE UNTIL NOVEMBER 30, 2010 (Regular rate $400)
$50 per table additional for electricity (limited availability for electricity - first come, first served basis)
