INSTRUCTOR INFO |  What we offer the instructors:
We are also looking for instructors willing to teach short 2- or 3-hour classes at the Festivals. There is no monetary compensation, travel expenses or lodging provided for these classes. It is designed to provide exposure for you and your programs to WMF attendees and for us to use as a guide for selecting instructors and modalities for future Festivals. This is a new way of offering classes that Mike calls "Fast Track" classes. It affords students the opportunity to find out if they are really interested in a modality before sinking thousands of dollars into it. It will allow instructors to reach hundreds of potential therapists. Our Festival attendees are, for the most part, independent therapists. They do not belong to associations, most have never attended a massage convention before and are eager to attend classes, expand their knowledge base and be able to offer more modality choices to their clients. If you would like to have a booth in the vendor/exhibit hall for the weekend, we would like to offer you a $50 discount on your registration fees if you are "Fast Track" instructor .... and instructors have been very successful vending at the World Massage Festival! OR, if you prefer, we will offer you a discount to take workshops yourself on during the Festivbal.
