Students will receive: goodie bag with samples, The Bridge Builders (festival program), certificate of participation, door prize ticket and name badge.

9am-1:00pm
A Student Program & Lunch is planned. Anticipated Panel Members that may help with Student Day are James Waslaski, Laura Allen, Cherie Sohnen-Moe, Leslie Young, Michael McGillicuddy, and from Biofreeze, Lynda Solien-Wolfe, who will head up the events!

Vending hall will be open 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Students may choose from the following afternoon and evening classes, based on space availability:

  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM - History of Massage - Judi Calvert
  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM - The Educated Heart: Roles and Boundaries for Massage Therapists - Laura Allen
  • 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM - 5 Elements & Meridian Energetics - Beth-ellen Zang
  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Are YOU Protecting Your Clients? - Massage Tools Sanitation and Temperature Safety - Jenny Ray
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Introduction to Bamboo-Fusion® - Nathalie Cecilia
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Cold Stone Therapy for Migraine Headaches - Kelly Lott
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Passive Fascia Restoration - Deborah Bruce
The 2012 Massage Therapy School of the Year Award will be presented at the Awards Ceremony, Monday, August 20, at 8:00 PM.
We hope you will ALL attend and honor them.
David Kent will be our Keynote Speaker!

BLT Wrap (applewood bacon, shredded lettuce & tomatoes)
Chicken Caesar Wrap (sliced her smoked chicken breast, romaine lettuce w/parmesan cheese)
Grilled Veggie Pita Sandwich (zucchini, portobello mushroom, squash w/rosemary vinaigrette)
Italian Sandwich (ciabatta bread, smoked ham, cotto salami, mozzarella, provolone, baby lettuce, sliced red onion & sliced tomato)
All sandwiches served with chips, cookie, whole fruit and one soft drink per person.
