WHY SHOULD YOU EXHIBIT AT THE WORLD MASSAGE FESTIVAL?
When advertising your presence at Festival, please be sure to include in that advertising that
ENTRANCE TO THE WMF EXHIBIT HALL IS ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!! With all of us advertising throughout the Las Vegas area, we can expect to get a lot of local traffic to the exhibit hall. WE HAVE A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF BOOTH SPACES AVAILABLE AND THEY ARE 1/2 SOLD OUT ALREADY,
EXHIBIT SPACE: SO BE SURE TO REGISTER NOW! PLEASE NOTE: VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 15, 2012!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE NOTE: Due to rules for vendors, as set by Clark County and the Tuscany, resale of any type of food or beverages is prohibited in the vending hall! For returning vendors, to register via snail mail with a check, CLICK HERE to download the vendor contract. Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all (but let us know if you want to be near a particular vendor) 1 8'x30" Table, 2 chairs will be provided 1 booth space is 10'x10' Tables will be covered and skirted, no pipe and drape Signs must be free standing or mounted on your table and cannot obstruct another booth MEETING ROOMS FLOORPLAN: (Resort map at bottom of page) ![]() EXHIBIT TIMES: Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit Hall hours of operation. Monday - Exhibitor Set up 7:00am - 9:00am Monday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 8:00pm Tuesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 8:00pm Wednesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 8:00pm Exhibitors may tear down any time after 2:00pm on Wednesday CLASS SESSIONS: Please see the entire Festival schedule at http://www.worldmassagefestival.com/2012/schedule.html for a listing of class times. EXHIBIT RATES: Returning Vendors from 2011, please contact us before registering!!! $700 per booth $85 per table additional for electricity (charged by the hotel) EARLY BIRD RATE ENDS 12/31/2011 SECURITY: There will be a security guard on duty in the vending hall during all hours that the vending hall is closed.
CHECKING IN:
Please be sure to check in at the Festival Registration Desk FIRST THING. That way, you will get your registration materials, program, etc. and we will know that you are on-site.
LODGING & MEALS:
$ 45.00 per guestroom, per night Sunday through Thursday, single or double occupancy, + tax
$ 75.00 per guestroom, per night Friday and Saturday (before or after the Festival), single or double occupancy, + tax NO RESORT FEES!
