WHY SHOULD YOU EXHIBIT AT THE WORLD MASSAGE FESTIVAL?

When advertising your presence at Festival, please be sure to include in that advertising that
ENTRANCE TO THE WMF EXHIBIT HALL IS ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!!

With all of us advertising throughout the Las Vegas area, we can expect to get a lot of local traffic to the exhibit hall.

WE HAVE A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF BOOTH SPACES AVAILABLE,
SO BE SURE TO REGISTER NOW!


PLEASE NOTE: Due to rules for vendors, as set by Clark County and the Tuscany, resale of any type of food or beverages is prohibited in the vending hall!

EXHIBIT SPACE:
Booth locations will be determined by WMF based on separating like businesses for maximum exposure for all (but let us know if you want to be near a particular vendor)
1 6' or 8'x30" Table, 2 chairs will be provided
1 booth space is 10'x10'
Tables will be covered and skirted, no pipe and drape
Signs must be free standing or mounted on your table and cannot obstruct another booth

EXHIBIT TIMES:
Each Exhibitor agrees to the Exhibit Hall hours of operation.
Monday - Exhibitor Set up 7:00am - 10:00am
Monday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Wednesday - Exhibits Open 10:00am - 2:00pm & 4:00pm - 7:00pm

EXHIBIT RATES:
Returning Vendors from 2013, please pay the same amount you did last year for your booth registration!!!

$700 per booth
$85 per table additional for electricity (charged by the hotel)
EARLY BIRD RATE ENDS 12/31/2013

SECURITY:
There will be a security guard on duty in the vending hall during all hours that the vending hall is closed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS FOR ELECTRICITY TO YOUR BOOTH MUST BE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR BY JULY 1, 2014!!! AFTER THAT DATE, NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO ADD ELECTRICITY TO THEIR BOOTH!!!

WIFI will be available FREE in the Exhibit Hall

CHECKING IN:
Please be sure to check in at the Festival Registration Desk FIRST THING. That way, you will get your registration materials, program, etc. and we will know that you are on-site.

LODGING & MEALS:
$ 55.00 per guestroom, per night Sunday through Thursday, single or double occupancy, + tax
$ 95.00 per guestroom, per night Friday and Saturday (before or after the Festival), single or double occupancy, + tax

TRANSPORTATION:

PACKAGE HANDLING:

Vendors are not required by the hotel to have hotel personnel carry their supplies into the vending hall. You may do that yourself.

Any and all packages that you need to have shipped in are each vendor's responsibility. If you need package handling - FOR EITHER INCOMING OR OUTGOING PACKAGES - here are the costs for each occurrence.

Incoming packages will be held at the bell desk until the person whose name is on the package claims it and arranges for either pick up or delivery to the meeting room.

It is YOUR responsibility to prepare packages for outgoing shipment, label them and schedule any pickups of packages/pallets after the event and then call the bell desk at the Tuscany to have the package picked up by the bell desk to be held for pickup as arranged by the vendor.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU WILL BE SHIPPING A PALLET BACK AFTER THE SHOW, IT MUST BE LOADED, SHRINK WRAPPED AND LABELED FOR PICKUP BY THE LOADING DOCK NO LATER THAN 3:00PM ON WEDNESDAY.

The World Massage Festival and its producers and owners reserve the right, at ts sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, revoke the entry application, program ad or sponsorship of any applicant at any time, and/or to disqualify any individual or company from the Event. Applicant expressly waives any claim for damages arising from the denial or revocation of an entry application exceeding the amount of the entry fee if paid in advance.
