REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
"We have a NO REFUND policy. If you cancel registration prior to 30 days before the event, we would gladly offer you a credit and you may use that at a future show. Any third party bookings, (eg. hotel rooms, online courses) will have a NO REFUND policy, no matter on the timing."
An administrative fee of $100 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that February 15, 2015. A $150 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between February 16, 2015 through April 30, 2015. Cancellations postmarked after April 30, 2015 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. 100% of registration fees paid may be carried over to the 2016 Festival, IF arrangements are made BEFORE Festival begins on July 12, 2015.

12 Hall of Fame Instructors
NO classes at WMF require purchase of products.
NUMBER OF CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM
28 Classes (58 hours of NCBTMB-approved) - ranging from 1 hour to 10 hours each.
38 classes (200 hours to choose from/196 are NCBTMB-approved) - ranging from 1-hour to 16-hours each
One 4-hour class will be offered in Spanish only & is NCBTMB-approved
WHAT ABOUT CEs?

Based on past conferences:
To receive CE's, a ONE Concept Value Pass must be purchased. You will ONLY receive a certificate for any FULL day classes, none for 1-hour or 3-hour classes.
CEs are given for ALL classes that are NCBTMB-approved. We do usually have 2 or 3 short classes that are not approved for CEs. You will get a certificate for EVERY class, no matter if the class is 1 hour or 16 hours.

These prices include: 1 table, 2 chairs/electrical/shared wifi/wastebasket emptied daily/name badges over 2 per booth, $20 each

ONE Concept Community Room PREMIUM SPACES Add $100 per booth for frontage onto the ONE Concept Community Room

All PAID booths and tables include: FREE shared wireless internet, FREE electrical, 1 draped table and 2 chairs (if required), 2 lunch vouchers per day for 3 days
Open 4 days for a total of 31 hours, including 4 hours on Sunday afternoon when there are no other events scheduled to allow one-on-one time with vendors.
