What we offer the instructors:
  • The highest per-CE hour rate paid in the industry
  • Lodging for the instructor is paid for by the Festival
  • Lodging for assistants is paid for by the Festival

  • Free admission to any entertainment or special program at the Festival for both instructors & assistants
  • A plain & simple contract that does not require an attorney to decipher it
  • A certificate of appreciation for supporting the Festival
  • You will have a voice in the (MTAC) Massage Therapy Advocacy Council
  • A Massage Symposium at each Festival for you to voice your opinions & ask unrestricted questions


We are also looking for instructors willing to teach short 2- or 3-hour classes
on Fridays at the Festivals.

There is no monetary compensation, travel expenses or lodging provided for these classes. It is designed to provide exposure for you and your programs to WMF attendees and for us to use as a guide for selecting instructors and modalities for future Festivals. This is a new way of offering classes that Mike calls "Fast Track Fridays". It affords students the opportunity to find out if they are really interested in a modality before sinking thousands of dollars into it. It will allow hundreds of potential therapists to reach potential instructors.

Our Festival attendees are, for the most part, independent therapists. They do not belong to associations, they have never attended a massage convention before and are eager to attend classes, expand their knowledge base and be able to offer more modality choices to their clients.

If you would like to have a booth in the vendor/exhibit hall for the weekend, we would like to offer you a $50 discount on your registration fees if you are "Fast Track Friday" instructor .... and instructors have been very successful vending at the World Massage Festival!
