All cancellations for class registration and vendor booths must be made in writing and submitted to the World Massage Festival. An administrative fee of $50 is assessed on all cancellations postmarked no later that September 15, 2007. A $75 administrative fee is assessed on cancellations postmarked between September 15, 2007 through October 5, 2007. Cancellations postmarked after October 5, 2007 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: World Massage Festival, 6301 Cotton St., Pensacola, FL 32526.
