Trauma-sensitive Touch

4 Credit Hours

In today's world we all are experiencing stress, and unresolved trauma that can affect the quality of our lives. When we, as practitioners, learn to hold a compassionate space for our clients with trauma, we can support them in their healing process, and offer them practical tools for increasing their ability to receive touch and learning to physically relax, thereby decreasing many of their symptoms. In this course you will be given some practical tools for how to effectively work with clients who are experiencing trauma symptoms or have a challenging time receiving touch.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR PERFUME, COLOGNE OR ESSENTIAL OILS TO CLASS.
